The Patient Voice Programme
Last Updated: Wednesday, 07 October 2026Mather Avenue Surgery is committed to listening to and working collaboratively with patients, carers and the wider community to improve services.
Patient feedback is vital in helping us understand the needs, experiences and priorities of you, patient population. We recognise that meaningful engagement supports continuous improvement, patient-centred care, accessibility and equality.
There are a number of ways you can contribute to the way your practice is run.
We run a patient participation group where you get to have your say on how the practice is run. If you are interested in joining, please call reception on 0151 427 6239.
You can provide any comments or suggestions using this link
You can also provide any comments or suggestions by speaking to us at the practice. Just ask at reception who can take down any comments or suggestions or provide you with a paper form.
You Said, We Did!
