To request an appointment please do one of the following;
- Go to our website and complete a health form during our opening hours.
- Phone us on 0151 427 6239 during our opening hours
- Visit the surgery and speak with a receptionist. The surgery doors open at 8:30pm and close at 6:30pm. We are open Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays and occasional closing for training.
When you get in touch, we’ll ask what you need help with.
We will use the information you give us to choose the most suitable time/date with the right doctor, nurse or health professional to help you based on your clinical need. This may mean you are given the details of another service, such as a walk-in centre or Accident and Emergency, if this is the most appropriate setting for your care.
Administration and clinical non urgent queries
If you would like to request a sick note, information about a hospital letter or test results, please complete a health form during our opening hours. You can also contact us about non-urgent clinical queries by completed an online form.
Home Visits
If you feel you require a home visit please call reception on 0151 427 6239 as early in the day as possible. You will need to explain the reason for the visit and complete a health form. The GP will review your request and, if deemed clinically necessary, visit you/the patient. This may be the following day, if the doctor feels this is appropriate.
Your appointment
However you choose to contact us we may offer you a consultation:
- By phone
- Face to face at the surgery

- By text or email
Appointments by phone, video call or by text or email can be more flexible and often means the doctor or nurse can help you sooner.
