Patient Voice Questionnaire
We are pleased to launch our new Patient Voice Programme at Mather Avenue Surgery.
The Patient Voice Programme is designed to help us better understand the needs, experiences and priorities of our patients. Throughout the year, we will be inviting patients to take part in short surveys to help shape and improve our services.
Our first survey, "What Matters Most to You?", should take less than 2 minutes to complete.
The survey will close on 20th November.
We will review the feedback received and share the results, along with any actions we take, through our 'You Said, We Did, updates.
