Information for people with learning disabilities
Last Updated: Friday, 16 January 2026For our patients with learning disabilities, we make sure to see you at least once a year for a review. You can contact us anytime you need help, would like to see the nurse or doctor or have any questions about your health.
To make sure that your care is managed well, we have a team of staff including a doctor, a nurse and a care coordinator who especially look after our patients with learning disabilities. You can still see any other doctor or nurse but this team will have an overview of your care at the surgery. We call this continuity of care.
