Getting a copy of your medical record
Last Updated: Friday, 06 March 2026The easiest way to obtain your medical records is by registering for the NHS App. Once you have created an account, please complete a health form and ask for full access to your historical records.
You can also contact us for a copy of your records which we can email to you.
