Contacting us online

PATCHS is an online service that allows you to quickly and easily access GP services.

Answer a few simple questions and these will be sent to a GP, nurse or other healthcare professional to review.

You can use Patchs for any administration queries you have, such as requesting copies of letters, discussing tests results or requesting a sick note. You can request medication that you are already on via the NHS App. For anything clinical, including new medication requests, we ask that you call reception as you may need to speak to a GP.
